Audit Assurance

Our audit staff have the expertise and experience to act for companies of all sizes in many different industry sectors.

Whilst the audit is seen by many as a statutory requirement, we view it as an opportunity to help clients on issues which may come to our attention during the course of our work. This can include identifying:

- problems with accounting systems
- non-compliance with legislation (payroll, VAT or tax)
- tax saving opportunities

Accounting Services

We provide monthly or quarterly accounts for many of our clients either for their own internal purposes or to satisfy the company's bankers.

For those clients who prepare management accounts internally we are happy to perform a review of the figures produced.

We can prepare annual financial projections and review actual figures against budget providing an analysis of major variances.

We are also happy to attend client's board meetings if financial input is required.

VAT

We perform a complete service from maintaining our client's books and records and completing the VAT returns, to giving advice on major queries or problems that they may encounter.

Grants

We have many years of experience in identifying eligibility for grants whether it be to assist with capital expenditure, training or consultancy. Often our expertise is the difference between obtaining a grant or not and success or failure of a project.
